We provide information on enrollment in Japanese language classes, information on Japanese language learning materials, etc.

We respond to consultations and complaints at work and in daily life in a language that foreigners can fully understand, and provide necessary advice and guidance according to the content of the consultation or complaint.

Provide information and assistance in participating in events such as community festivals and opportunities for exchange with local residents, such as neighborhood associations.

In addition to assisting in finding a new job and preparing letters of recommendation in cases where the employment contract is terminated due to reasons on the part of the host company, we provide information on the granting of paid leave and necessary administrative procedures for conducting job search activities.

The person in charge of support will meet with the foreigner and his/her supervisor on a regular basis (at least once every three months).
